TeachKeep is developed and operated by Openverse. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Apple App Store purchases
Apple controls billing and refund decisions for purchases made through the App Store. Request a refund atreportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue an App Store refund on Apple’s behalf.
Google Play purchases
Google controls billing and eligible refunds for Google Play purchases. Use your Google Play order history orGoogle Play’s refund flow. We cannot override a Google refund decision.
Website purchases
Teachkeep.com does not currently sell a subscription or accept payment. Prices shown on the website are reference prices; the verified store purchase sheet is the source of the final charge, tax, renewal, and eligibility terms. This policy will be updated before any direct web checkout is introduced.
Canceling is not the same as requesting a refund
Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed payment. Unless a refund is approved, access normally remains available through the end of the paid billing period. Uninstalling TeachKeep or deleting records does not cancel a subscription.
Free trial
If an eligible store account receives a trial, the store purchase sheet shows its duration, billing date, price after the trial, and cancellation terms. Trial eligibility may vary by account and storefront. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the date shown by the store.
Product problems
If TeachKeep is not working as described, contact us so we can troubleshoot. Include the platform, app version, and purchase or restore error. Never send a password, full payment-card number, or an identifiable child portfolio.
